Challenge
Rebuild a large, dated site into something that feels like a private clinic — and keep payments running on a live domain where the gateway silently froze checkout.

Design, front end, back end and launch.
Design
- Brand system of ink black, warm ivory and champagne gold with Cormorant Garamond and DM Sans
- Layouts prototyped from Figma Make prompts and reference research
Frontend
- Elementor Pro + ACF on an Astra child theme
- Procedures mega-menu, 20+ procedure pages rebuilt from the original content, gallery, media and reviews
- Consistent header and footer across every page
Backend
- WordPress + WooCommerce shop with ACF custom fields
- Visa Acceptance Solutions (Cybersource) payment gateway
- Traced a frozen live checkout to a Content Security Policy inside the gateway's hosted iframe, ruling out theme, plugins, server and DNS
