Challenge
Burnout data is sensitive and easy to misread. Admins needed the big picture at a glance, with people — not just numbers — in view.

What I did
- Headline cards for active employees, average balance score and average burnout score
- Trend charts for balance and burnout over time
- Employee table with last-update status and a new-joiners list
- Friendly, illustrated look that keeps a heavy topic approachable
- Clean admin sign-up explaining the product’s purpose
